ANGER

All people are born with the ability to get angry.  I think this a normal condition for human beings.  The amount of anger a person has is also influenced by their genetics.   I believe that anger can be controlled up to a degree, but then it has to be vented.  People with a high degree of anger will most likely commit a violent act, such as punching the wall, hitting the wife, even murder.  In order to control your anger, you must know yourself and qualify your anger, in other words, give it a degree.  Once you know the degree of your anger, then you can take action.  If you have a high degree of anger, go take a walk, take a deep breath, vent your anger by doing something constructive, such as cleaning the house, etc.  Physical activity will dissipate your anger.  Above all, do not rue.  Ruing only makes anger worse.
