I believe that serious crimes are ONLY committed by people who are mentally insane.  Serious crimes are not committed by sane people.  Serious crimes are those such as murder, rape, arson, kidnapping, and pedophilia.  People who are capable of committing such crimes are also most likely genetically influenced.  The apple does not fall far from the tree.
