THE PRICE OF EVERYTHING

It is my firm belief that the price of everything is based on the price of automobiles. So, the price of furniture, houses, and everything else in the market is according to the price of vehicles. Years ago you could buy a house for around $100,000 because the price of cars were in proportion to that, around $12,000. Nowadays, if a house is worth $300,000 most likely a vehicle is $60,000 or more. Now, with the advent of electric vehicles, even the lower price of one is about $60,000. And nowadays they go up to $75,000 and more. And there’s nothing anyone can do to lower the price of vehicles. The middle income middle class are the ones to suffer most, because in order to buy a vehicle, they have to make a loan with a very high interest rate and for a longer term than it used to be. Unfortunately, the government doesn’t care, and the average person pays the consequences. You’re welcome to contradict or tell me that I’m wrong – but you have to prove it!
